Haven’t put up a video in a while; maybe videoblogging is more of a winter sport for me. Regardless, I have a bunch of videos in various states of undress that will be heading up onto the site very soon. Though I’ve been making things like this over on my favorite site to hide out in.
Also, an extra special thanks to those of you who sent in messages asking me to get my butt in gear and post some videos. People like Erin, Juan Carlos, and my Mom. Thanks, I neeeded it!!

Nice video. I love when video happen like that - you have the camera on for one thing and something else happens and you don’t stop filming.

I love this. You shared so much here. We often catch video:sites and sounds but the thoughts of the person shooting are invisible. Here you showed even what you were thinking. And they were thoughts and emotions familiar to us all. Thanks man.
It has been cool on occasion catching your vids in that place you like to hide out. But it is cool to see a post from you again here too!

This is like every “what are you doing”, “I don’t know, what are YOU doing”-type conversations I have with my honey every day.
This was a great video. There’s a lot going on in all that minutia.

i really like the way the audio seems so disasocciated from the video at the beginning, …i love this kind of honest doucmentation.. is there an ethics issue here i wonder?

this is such an interesting post.
seriously.
finding the balance between taping someone who doesnt know they’re being taped and also putting the phone on speaker when someone else is in the room, but the person talking might not know it.
so it’s a double wammy there. on speakerphone with other people around and being videoed and put on the internet.

Really glad to see you blogging again! My wife and I have these sorts of discussions all the time and we’ve been married a long time - you’d think it would get more effecient. She says my talking is good background for her thinking. Also, no one wants to be responsible for decisions … lose-lose situation.
